Account Deletion – Bboxx Portfolio App

Request Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account associated with the Portfolio Management App application, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: In-App Request (Recommended)
  1. Open the Portfolio App on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Profile Icon (Top Left) to open the navigation drawer.
  3. Locate and tap on “Delete Account” in the menu.
  4. This will automatically open your email app with a pre-filled request.
  5. Add any specific reasons for deletion if you wish, and send the email to us.
Option 2: Direct Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us directly:

  • To: info@bboxx.co.ke
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request – [Your Full Name]
  • Body: Please include your registered Email Address and Agent Code so we can verify your identity.

Once we receive your request:

Important Note on Data Retention:
Please be aware that as a financial and sales management application, certain transactional data (such as sales records, commission history, and customer interactions) may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable financial laws and auditing standards. This data will be anonymized where possible and securely archived.
